Marlin Bridge policy
Refund policy
Last updated: 24 July 2026
Before a protected attempt starts
Duplicate charges and confirmed payment errors are reviewed for a full refund. A paid trial that has not been started may be reviewed under applicable consumer rules.
After access is used
Because access is digital and begins when a protected session starts, used trial attempts are normally non-refundable except where the platform failed materially or applicable law requires otherwise.
Subscriptions
Longer access is sold as a fixed period, not an automatically recurring charge. A refund request pauses automated action and is reviewed against access already used, technical records, payment evidence, and applicable law.
Safety rule
The automated support system cannot issue refunds or request payment credentials. Refund and chargeback cases require protected owner review.
